This is Anandini, a 5 1/2 month old girl child born to a Pacific Islander Mother. I am currently with my dad who is everything to me and dont know whether my mom will ever bother to come back to me or not. I represent one amongst the million girl children who suffer for various reasons worldwide and in this context, I must say that, I am lucky to have a great dad who has created 3rd Eye Knowledge Foundation, an educational trust to aid and educate the deprived girl child in India.
I am the protagonist here, and I would be talking to you all on various issues pertaining to the girl child and as to how we could all pledge together to create a better life for those of us who are otherwise destined to suffer.
Write to me and will start a new community of like minded people out to create a better world for those who need assistance and help.

I am a pacific islander girl too and I am pretty sure the you're mother has not left you, becoz thats how we island girls do. We love our kids and maybe mommy is going through some personal issues with ur father, so do not take it too hard on yourself. It's not entirely about you. Your mother loves you and don't worry she will never leave you.
